To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery. Products purchased on sale or as part of promotional bundles may be non-refundable unless defective.
